Sub: Intimation for Grant of Employee Stock Options under “TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016”

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated March 04, 2025 has approved the grant of 133,523 (One Lakh Thirty Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Three) stock options to eligible employees under TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016) at an exercise price of Re.1/- each.

The details required to be furnished under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (“Master Circular”) has been attached as an Annexure-1.
