Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated December 01, 2023 has approved the grant of 2,28,328 (Two Lakh Twenty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Eight) stock options to 56 eligible employees under TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016) at an exercise price of Re. 1/- each.

The details required to be furnished under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (“Master Circular”) and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 issued thereunder have been attached as an Annexure-1 .
