Listing Application

Tracsis hereby provides notification that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 84,802 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Blocklisting Shares").

The Blocklisting Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share option under the following scheme, up to the numbers stated below and as per the performance metrics and vesting schedules attached to the scheme:

2017 Non-EMI Staff LTIP	84,802

These shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur on 5 March 2018.

The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the Block Admission, in line with its obligations under AIM Rule 29.

At the time of this application, Tracsis has 28,235,149 Ordinary Shares in issue.
