Notification of Change of Interest

Tracsis has today received notification that on 19 August 2014, The University of Leeds disposed of 750,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

These shares were purchased by new and existing institutional investors.

Following this disposal, The University of Leeds now owns 1,590,000 Ordinary Shares in Tracsis representing 6.03% of the total issued shares of the Company and 6.03% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
