Notification of Change of Interest

Tracsis has received notification that on 13 June 2014, Liontrust Investment Partners LLP acquired 645,000 ordinary shares and now holds 1,343,778 ordinary shares representing 5.23% of the total issued shares of the Company and 5.23% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.

Tracsis confirms also that it has received notice that on 13 June 2014, IP Group plc disposed of 660,439 Ordinary Shares via IP Venture Fund, a limited partnership fund that is managed by Top Technology Ventures Limited, a 100% subsidiary of IP Group plc.

IP Group plc now hold 2,766,846 ordinary shares which are held directly through its wholly owned subsidiary, Techtran Group Limited.  IP Group plc maintain an interest in 10.79% of the total issued shares of the Company and 10.79% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
