Tracsis confirms that it has received notice on 7 February 2014 that Downing LLP, as the discretionary Investment Manager of  Downing ONE VCT plc; the PFS Downing Active Management Fund and various client funds managed by Downing LLP has sold 57,000 Ordinary Shares in Tracsis and now holds 1,516,084 ordinary shares which represents 5.94% of the issued shares in Tracsis plc and 5.94% of the voting rights of the Company.
