Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that on 23 January 2014, Investec Asset Management Limited disposed of 170,398 Ordinary Shares.

Accordingly Investec Asset Management Limited now has a direct holding in 1,131,648 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.43% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 4.43% of the total voting rights in the Company.
