Tracsis has received notice that on 3 December 2013, the University of Leeds disposed of 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

The University of Leeds now holds 2,840,000 representing 11.12% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 11.12% of the total voting rights in the Company.
