Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that Downing LLP has merged the Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc; Downing Income VCT plc; Downing Income VCT 3 plc; Downing Income VCT 4 plc; Downing Absolute Income VCT 1 plc; and Downing Absolute Income VCT 2 plc into the Downing ONE VCT plc (formerly known as Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc).

Downing LLP continues to be the discretionary Investment of Manager Downing ONE VCT plc and together with the PFS Downing Active Management Fund and various client funds managed by Downing LLP continues to have an indirect combined holding of 1,562,374 ordinary shares representing 6.12% of Tracsis plc.
