Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and services for the traffic data and transportation industry, announces that it has been informed that Max Cawthra, Chief Financial Officer has today sold a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group (10.6% of his total shareholding).

Following this sale, Mr Cawthra retains an interest in 168,022 Ordinary Shares representing 0.6% of the issued share capital of Tracsis.
