TPG Telecom Board change
Following the announcement on Thursday, 2 April 2026, TPG Telecom Limited (ASX: TPG) (the Company) today confirmed the retirement of Mr Robert Millner from the Board.
As previously announced, Mr Millner was due to retire at today's Annual General Meeting (AGM) and did not seek re-election.
The Company is conducting a search for a new Non-Executive Director to fill the casual vacancy left by Mr Millner's retirement and will update shareholders when that process has concluded.
