Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group, announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, along with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available for download on the Company's website, www.tpgroup.uk.com, and will be sent to shareholders shortly.

The AGM will be held at 10.30am on 14 June 2016 at the offices of Deloitte LLP, Abbots House, Abbey Street, Reading, West Berkshire RG1 3BD.
