Completion of sale of Sapienza Consulting Holdings BV

Further to the announcement on 26 May 2022, TP Group (AIM: TPG) confirms today, following receipt of regulatory approval from the UK, French and Italian authorities, the successful completion of the sale of Sapienza Consulting Holdings BV to Serco Holdings Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Serco Group plc). On completion 50% (c. £1m) of the net proceeds will now be retained within the business with the balance used to part repay the Group's £7m loan facility with HSBC Bank plc.
