Director/PDMR Shareholding

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group, has been notified that Simon Kings, Executive Director, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Kings purchased the 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.49p per share. Following the notification, Mr Kings now has a total beneficial interest in 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 422,464,726 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
