Board Change

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist engineering group focused on the aerospace & defence and energy & process industry sectors, announces that Mark Crawford has notified the Board of his decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer of the Group.  Mark has decided to seek new opportunities that leverage his operational and commercial expertise, most likely within the FMCG sector.

Mark joined TP Group in 2009 to work with Phil Cartmell and the Board to lead the transition of the business from a capital intensive research and development business to an expected EBITDA breakeven and cash generative position for 2015.

TP Group has begun a search process to formally appoint a replacement for Mark who will continue to support the finalisation of the accounts for the 2015 financial year in addition to coordinating an orderly handover.

Phil Cartmell, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
