החברה מתכבדת להודיע כי ביום 22.07.2013 קיבלה השקעה בסך של 10.02 מיליון דולר מהחברה לישראל בע"מ על ידי מימוש כל כתבי אופציה סדרה 8 שהוקצו לחברה לישראל כחלק מהנפקת הזכויות שבוצעה בחודש יוני 2013. כתוצאה מכך כמות המניות הרגילות שבבעלות החברה לישראל בע"מ עלתה מ-16,026,120 מניות רגילות ל-18,029,964 מניות רגילות.
