Tower Semiconductor Ltd. to Report Third Quarter 2006 Results
Third quarter 2006 results will include one-time financing income of $80 million resulting from the recently announced closing of the bank restructuring deal
MIGDAL HAEMEK, Israel - October 18, 2006 - Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (Nasdaq: TSEM; TASE: TSEM), a pure-play independent specialty foundry, will issue its third quarter earnings release on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 during pre-market hours and will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss these results at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and 18:00 Israel time. Tower's third quarter 2006 results will include one-time financing income of $80 million resulting from the recently announced closing of the bank restructuring deal.
