On May 5, 2026, Standard & Poor’s Maalot (an Israeli rating company which is fully owned by S&P Global Ratings) completed its annual rating review of the Registrant, re-affirmed its corporate credit rating as “ilAA”, and revised the rating outlook from Stable Outlook to Positive Outlook. S&P Maalot's official rating report in Hebrew has been submitted by S&P Maalot to the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is available on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange website.
