On July 22, 2013, the registrant announced that Israel Corporation Ltd. has exercised all of its Series 8 Warrants and invested in the Company total amount of $10.02 million. As a result, Israel Corporation holds as of today 18,029,964 ordinary shares of the Company. As previously announced, Warrants Series 8 are exercisable until July 22, 2013.
