Posting of Open Offer Circular

Tower Resources plc (the "Company"), (TRP.L, TRP LN), the AIM listed Africa focused oil and gas exploration company, is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcement on 25 July 2013, which gave details of the £9.0 million Placing and the Open Offer of up to £4.1 million, the Circular setting out further details of the Open Offer, including certain risk factors and action to be taken by Shareholders, and the Application Form, have been posted today.

All defined terms in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement dated 25 July 2013.

The Open Offer will close at 11:00 a.m. on 9 August 2013.
