Wentworth Resources Limited : Notification of Trade
On May 23, 2014, Wentworth Resources Limited ("Wentworth"), issued 150,000 share
options (the "Options") to Mussa Makame, Vice President Finance and
Administration, each giving the right to subscribe for one share in Wentworth.
The Options have a strike price of NOK 4.64 and may be exercised as 1/3 of the
Options per year for 3 years starting on the anniversary date of the grant and
expire 10 years from the date of grant. After this issue, Mr. Makame holds
350,000 Options in Wentworth.
This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
