Publication of Competent Person's Report and updated Investor Relations

Wentworth, the AIM (AIM: WEN) listed independent, East Africa-focused oil & gas

company, announces it commissioned an RPS Canada Competent Persons Report

("CPR") evaluation of the Company's reserves and resources as at year end 2018.

This CPR is available on the Company's website as of today. In addition is has

published an updated Investor Relations ("IR") presentation, post delisting from

the Oslo Stock exchange on the 13 February 2019.
