Wentworth Resources Limited : Notification of Trade

On June 2, 2014, Wentworth Resources Limited ("Wentworth") issued 200,000 share

options (the "Options") to Katherine Roe, Head of Investor Relations and

Corporate Communications, each giving the right to subscribe for one share in

Wentworth. The Options have a strike price of NOK 4.70 and may be exercised as

1/3 of the Options per year for 3 years starting on the anniversary date of the

grant and expire 10 years from the date of grant.  After this issue, Ms. Roe

holds 200,000 Options in Wentworth.
