Result of AGM

Tower Resources plc ("Tower" or the "Company"), LN: TRP, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which took place earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Jeremy Asher, Tower's Chairman, commented: "We are looking forward to having more news for shareholders in the near future on transactions in progress, and of course the Welwitschia-1 well offshore Namibia, to be operated by Repsol, where planning and preparations are now quite advanced for drilling within the first half of 2014. Our management team have been very busy on new ventures and we hope that shareholders will be pleased with the results and a step change in activity in due course."
