Lodgement of Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice

Please find attached the 3X appendices for Michael Allen, Stephen Smith and Graham Stuart. The Company regrets the late lodgement of the appendices and apologises for any unintended consequences that may have resulted. The oversight was due to an administrative error.

To ensure ongoing disclosure obligations under the listing rule 3.19A.1, the Company has updated its procedures to ensure Appendix 3X lodgements are made within 5 days of a Director’s appointment. The Company believes its current arrangements are now adequate to ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B.

Please note that an Appendix 3Y – Change of Directors Interest Notice in respect of Stephen Smith’s subsequent interest in the Company, was lodged with the ASX on 7 June 2012.
