RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Tower Limited (NZX/ASX: TWR) advises that Rebecca Dee-Bradbury has resigned from the Board of Tower Limited. Her resignation is effective from 14 September 2016.
Ms Dee-Bradbury joined the Board in August 2014 and has sat on both the Audit and Risk and Remuneration and Appointments Committees.
Tower Chairman Michael Stiassny said that Ms Dee-Bradbury has been a valued member of the Board.
“Rebecca has made a significant contribution to helping Tower refocus on its core business and we thank her for having such a positive impact,” he said.
Ms Dee-Bradbury wishes the best for the Board and management team of Tower.
“I appreciate the opportunity to have served with such a committed Chairman and Board and am excited for Tower’s future plans. It is regrettable that a conflict of priority and schedules means I have needed to resign,” she said.
The search for an independent director to join the Board has commenced. The Board confirms that immediately following the resignation of Ms Dee-Bradbury, the Board contains the required number of independent directors under the NZX Listing Rules and its constitution.
