TOWER Limited: Chief Information Officer to retire

TOWER Limited today announced the retirement of Chief Information Officer Tony Dixon.

Mr Dixon, who has been with TOWER since 2006, will finish with the company on Friday 10 May 2013.

In his function Mr Dixon is responsible for the Group’s IT (computer technologies) and IT related strategy along with the enterprise project office and group procurement.

TOWER Group Managing Director Rob Flannagan said today that Mr Dixon had indicated his desire to retire some time ago and was departing with the company’s full support.

“We would like to publicly acknowledge the important contribution that Tony had made to our business and we wish him the very best for the next phase in his life.”

Mr Flannagan said TOWER would make an announcement about the future leadership of the Group IT division in due course.
