TOWER Limited: Resignation of Officer

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 10.8.1(d), TOWER advises that its Group Chief Actuary Eric Judd has resigned following a decision to move to the UK and will be leaving TOWER on 22 February 2011.

The actuarial team will be supported by external actuarial consultants pending completion of the recruitment process for his replacement.
