CORRECTION NOTICE – DISCLOSURE OF MOVEMENT OF 1% OR MORE IN SUBSTANTIAL HOLDING IN TOWER LIMITED (TWR)

On 29 October 2019, Westpac Banking Corporation (WBC) lodged with the NZX a Disclosure of Movement of 1% or More in Substantial Holding in Tower Limited (TWR) which incorrectly disclosed a movement of 1% or more and voting power of 8.13%.

That disclosure was not required as there was no movement of 1% or more in WBC’s holding on that date. WBC’s holding as at 28 November 2019 is 6.62%.
