Press release of Société de la Tour Eiffel on the SMABTP tender offer
Société de la Tour Eiffel has taken note of the filing with the AMF (French stock market regulator) on 13th June 2014 by SMABTP of an all cash public tender offer.
The Board will convene within the timeframe stipulated by the AMF code with a view to issuing an opinion on the terms and conditions of this public offering according to the prevailing regulatory framework, in the best interests of the company, its shareholders and employees.
