SMABTP owns 89.88% of Société de la Tour Eiffel

The final result of SMABTP's public tender offer (the "Offer") has been announced today by the AMF. As a result of its Offer, SMABTP currently owns 5 646 410 shares of Société de la Tour Eiffel which represent 89.88% of its share capital and corresponding voting rights.

It is reminded that in its reasoned opinion dated 25 June 2014, the Company's Board had recommended to the shareholders to tender their shares to the Offer. Furthermore, on the 10 September 2014, Hubert Rodarie and Pierre-Louis Carron, respectively Deputy Managing Director and Head d of Real Estate of SMABTP, were appointed on the Company's Board.
