Accordingly, all concerned Shareholders, Stock Exchange, Depositories, Share Transfer Agent, Agencies appointed for E-voting, other authorities, Regulators and all other concerned persons are requested to take note of the above correction and shall read the notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting with this Corrigendum.

Also, as the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company for the abovementioned proposed issue of 2,90,000 Equity shares and 14,90,000 Warrants convertible into equity shares has already been held on August 31, 2021, the disclosure regarding the identity of Natural Persons and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) of the proposed allottees shall also be mentioned in the Notice of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company as separate resolution alongwith an Explanatory statement and shall be taken up as the Agenda Item for the Shareholders’ Approval.
