NOTICE OF AGM

Calgary, Alberta - May 4, 2018 - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX / LSE: TXP) announces that its Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (Atlantic Standard Time) in the Jade Room at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad, #1 Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed May 3, 2018 as the record date for the Meeting. Specific details of the matters to be put before the Meeting are set forth in the Management Information Circular and Proxy Statement of the Company dated May 3, 2018 (the "Information Circular"), which is available for viewing under the Company's profile on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and on the Company's website (www.touchstoneexploration.com). The Company will post the Information Circular and the Company's annual 2017 results to shareholders upon request.
