VIRTUAL MEETING USER GUIDE

What you need to know

To continue to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Touchstone Exploration Inc. (the " Company ") has elected to hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the " Meeting ") virtually via live audio webcast.

As a shareholder or duly appointed proxyholder of the Company, you are able to attend, participate and vote at the Meeting online using your computer, tablet or smartphone.

Notice to Beneficial (Non-Registered) holders

Beneficial or Non-Registered holders (shareholders who hold their shares through a financial intermediary) who have not duly appointed themselves as proxyholder will not be able to attend or participate at the Meeting. If you are a beneficial shareholder and you wish to participate at the Meeting, you will need to appoint yourself as proxyholder by following the instructions disclosed in the Company's Notice of 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular and then sending an email to touchstone@odysseytrust.com to obtain your login credentials.

Participation at the Meeting

The virtual Meeting is compatible on most devices using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Internet Explorer 11. Registered shareholders, duly appointed proxyholders and guests are welcome to attend the Meeting, but guests cannot participate or vote.

Guests: If you do not have voting rights, select "Guest" and complete the online form.

Registered Shareholders

The 12-digit control number located on the reverse of your form of proxy acts as your username. If you have appointed a third party as your proxy appointee to attend the Meeting, you will need to email Odyssey Trust Company at touchstone@odysseytrust.com to register the appointment in order for them to receive a username.

Duly Appointed Proxyholders

Odyssey will provide, via email, the login credentials to appointed proxyholders provided the appointment was registered correctly and in time.

You will be able to log into the website from 9:30 a.m. (Mountain time) on June 9, 2021. The Meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain time).
