Transaction in Own Shares & TVR
Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and managed services to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Repurchased Shares"). This share repurchase was carried out under the authority granted at the Company's Annual General Meeting and aligns with the announcement made on 16 September 2025, which outlined the Company's decision to cease its irrevocable agreement with Zeus Capital Limited to conduct share purchases on its behalf. Going forward, the Company will undertake share buybacks on an ad hoc basis.

Total Voting Rights
Following the Transaction, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 8,475,077 and the Company now holds 553,583 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 7,921,494 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Touchstar plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.
