Transaction in Own Shares
Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and managed services to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that on 9 July 2025 it purchased 904 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company and on  11 July 2025 it purchased 947 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on 24 June 2025, as follows (together the "Transaction"):

Total Voting Rights
Following the Transactions, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 8,475,077 and the Company now holds 301,872 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 8,173,205 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Touchstar plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 details of the purchase of its own ordinary shares by the Company, which were all executed through the Company's broker, Zeus Capital Limited, are set out below:
