Touchstar plc ("Touchstar" or the "Company"), specialists in real time data capture and mobile computing solutions for the retail, logistics and transportation sector announces that it has been informed that on 21 June 2016 Ian Martin, Chairman of the Company, purchased 84,750 shares at 60 pence per share. 

Following this purchase Mr Martin and his wife hold 275,250 shares in the Company representing approximately 4.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
