TOUAX announces a bond issue subscribed by the Micado France 2018 fund managed by Portzamparc Gestion

On October 9, 2012 TOUAX will carry out a bond issue for €7 million that will be subscribed by the Micado France 2018 fund. The bonds will have a fixed rate of interest of 6.25% with bullet maturity on October 2, 2018. They will be listed on the NYSE Alternext market.

A disclosure document concerning this operation is available on the Group's website (www.touax.com) and on the NYSE Alternext website.

The proceeds from the issue will be used to finance investments or leasing equipment belonging to the Group.

This bond issue is part of the Micado France 2018 project, a contractual fund invested in unrated bonds initiated by Accola, Middlenext and Investeam which enables medium-sized French companies to access the bond market.

TOUAX was assisted in the issue by Portzamparc Société de Bourse, advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
