Grant of Options under Totally plc SAYE Option Scheme

Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, is pleased to announce that as part of its Save as You Earn share scheme (the "SAYE Scheme") all employees have been offered the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the Company through the granting of share options.

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an exercise price of 28.6 pence per share, representing a 20 per cent discount to the closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares on 16 November 2021, the day before the invitation to participate was made. The exercise price was calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme. The options have a savings contract start date of 1 February 2022 and are exercisable between 1 February 2025 and 31 July 2025.

A total of 60 employees, including one member of Totally's senior management, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), elected to participate in the SAYE Scheme. Pursuant to this, a total of 849,117 options over Ordinary Shares were granted on 15 December 2021, equating to 0.47 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital.

Following this most recent grant of options, there are now a total of 14,716,397 options outstanding over Ordinary Shares in the Company, of which 7,401,397 options are outstanding under the SAYE Scheme.
