Contract extension

Further to the announcement made on 28th November 2012, the Board of Totally is pleased to announce  the extension and expansion of the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ("COPD") health coaching service programme, working with Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group ("Leicester City CCG") with effect from 1st July 2013.

On the back of the work that Totally has contributed to the COPD programme to date, Leicester City CCG has decided to expand the Leicester City TotalCare Health Coaching Service from the current 50 COPD patients, into a redesigned Long Term Conditions service model with health coaching for up to 400 existing and newly diagnosed COPD patients. The new expanded agreement is for an initial period of 12 months. An evaluation will be taken by Leicester City CCG within the initial period as to whether the contract is extended further, if clinical and cost effectiveness is demonstrated. The directors of Totally estimate the value of the contract for the initial one year period to be £128,500 (excluding VAT).
