Director shareholding

The Board of Totally, the AIM quoted provider of innovative digital healthcare solutions, announces that the Company was informed on 13 November 2014 that Jack Clipsham, Non-Executive Director of Totally, yesterday acquired 1,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.36 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Clipsham now has a beneficial interest in 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.35% of the Company's total issued share capital.
