Further re proposed fundraising

Further to the Company's announcement of 25 July 2013 the Company confirms that it is in the process of raising new capital and that this is likely to constitute new equity capital or equity related capital or a mixture of the two.

Discussions on the proposed fundraising are at an advanced stage and the Company expects to be in a position to update shareholders further on the proposed capital raise in the near future.
