Board change

The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces that Dr. Steve Laitner has stepped down from his role on the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Steve is taking on a new role as Clinical Strategy Director for Totally Health Limited ("Totally Health"), the Company's wholly owned operating subsidiary, where his responsibilities will be to help grow the business by leading on clinical strategy and promoting the work of the Company. Steve is a practicing GP with over 20 years of clinical experience and the board of Totally believe his new role as clinical strategy director at Totally Health will be of benefit to the Group as it implements its ongoing strategy.

The Board intend to appoint a replacement non-executive director and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.

Wendy Lawrence, CEO of Totally plc and Totally Health Limited, said: "Everyone at Totally Health is very excited that Steve is taking a more 'hands on' role and helping to promote the work of Totally Health.
