Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, is pleased to announce that Jack Clipsham has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Jack has over 30 years of financial and business experience, having held the position of Head of Asia Pacific Corporate Finance, based in Hong Kong, at Mazars, between 2010 and 2014. Previously Jack spent 10 years at BDO Stoy Hayward LLP between 1999 and 2009 in a range of senior roles including Corporate Finance Partner and Partner and Head of Southern Region Corporate Finance. Jack has also held positions at Pannell Kerr Forster and Guinness Mahon.

Wendy Lawrence, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: "We are delighted to welcome such an experienced individual to the Board and we believe Jack will make a positive contribution to Totally moving forward."

Pursuant to the terms of his letter of appointment £5,000 of Jack's annual fee is to be satisfied in arrears by the issue of new ordinary shares on a quarterly basis (the first issue falling due on the date that is three months from the date of his appointment) at a price equal to the average mid-market closing price of the ordinary shares for the last five trading days of the period for which such shares are being issued.

Jack Clipsham was a director of Millennium Publications Limited from 29 July 1992 to 11 November 1992. This company was placed into compulsory liquidation in December 1992 following the appointment of a receiver.

There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Gordon Jack Clipsham under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
