Paris, May 3, 2017 - The Combined (ordinary and extraordinary) Shareholders' Meeting of TOTAL S.A. will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Palais des Congrès (2, place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris, France).

The preliminary notice of the Meeting including agenda and proposed resolutions was published in the French Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires (BALO) on March 22, 2017. The convening notice was published in the BALO on May 3, 2017.

The documents referred to in Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code are made available to Shareholders as from the date of the convening notice for the Meeting in accordance with applicable regulations:

• Shareholders holding registered shares may, up to and including the fifth day prior to the Meeting, request that the Company sends, free of charge, these documents to them. For shareholders holding bearer shares, exercising this right is subject to the submission of a certificate of registration issued by their financial institution;
• Shareholders may consult these documents at the Company's registered office, 2 place Jean Millier – La Défense 6 – 92400 Courbevoie, under the conditions provided for by applicable regulations.
