In furtherance to the disclosure made by the Company as on November 23, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III and Circulars, as applicable and as amended from time to time (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform you that the Company, has invested into 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs, 2,00,00,000/- in its subsidiary company, i.e., Oneworld Logistics Private Limited (‘ Oneworld ’). The Company has been allotted shares of Oneworld today i.e., December 01, 2021, pursuant to which the shareholding of the Company in its Subsidiary has been changed resulting to of 91% of the total share capital of Oneworld.
It is further informed that Oneworld Logistics Private Limited, pursuant to this corporate action/ rights issue has become a subsidiary Company as per the definition under the provisions and is no more a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from December 01, 2021.
