Yönetim Kurulumuzun 30.04.2018 Tarih ve 2018/14 sayılı toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1), Vergi Usul Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-19.1 sayılı Tebliğ Hükümleri çerçevesinde 2017 yılı net dönem karından yasal yedek akçelerin ayrılmasından sonra karın 50.000.000 TL'sının birinci temettü olarak dağılması ve kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasının Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
