Publication of 2023 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

Further to its Annual Results announcement issued on 24 April 2024, the Company confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 52-weeks ended 31 December 2023, and the Notice of the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been published today.

The documents are available on the Company's website at www.tortillagroup.co.uk, and printed copies will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy.

The AGM will be held at 9.30am on Tuesday 11 June 2024 at the offices of Liberum Capital, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY. Details of the meeting, and how to vote, can be found in the Notice of AGM.
