Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tortilla, the largest and most successful fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in the UK, has been informed that today, its Founder and Non-Executive Director Brandon Stephens transferred 3,210,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse for nil consideration. As a result of this transfer, the beneficial holding of Brandon Stephens and his closely associated persons remains unchanged at 3,210,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.3% of the Company's issued share capital. These 3,210,000 Ordinary Shares remain subject to a lock-in and orderly market agreement as set out in the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 30 September 2021.
