Appointment of new auditor
Tortilla is pleased to announce that, following a competitive tender process, the Company has appointed Haysmacintyre LLP ("Haysmacintyre") as its new statutory auditor.
Blick Rothenberg Audit LLP ("Blick Rothenberg") has resigned with effect from 20 June 2022. The Board would like to thank Blick Rothenberg for its services and significant support over the last 10 years.
As required by section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, Blick Rothenberg has deposited a statement with the Company that confirms there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
The appointment of Haysmacintyre as statutory auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
